Do you feel that the Penn Senators 4/0 113 & 113H are enough reel to fish for Mako? And what pound test would you use?

We almost landed a small mako a few years ago with a reel that was smaller
than 4/0 senator
Its the line test and some wire leader that are important
I suggest 40-60# line and wire leader for any shark fishing
You should release all blues as they are NOT good eating

would 50# mono and 15#'s of drag work?
